The design of this building took advantage of a challenging site by incorporating two levels of underground parking on a lot that has over 20 feet of fall from the front to the rear. The building and its neighbor, 620 S Dubuque, sit atop this parking and feature beautiful brick and panel façades with private balconies and a street-level courtyard plaza. The buildings are made of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, each with an open concept floor plan, stainless steel appliances, contemporary gray and white cabinets and granite countertops.
