Hodge constructed the exterior shell of the building including a white envelope interior finish, site work, pavement and landscaping. Hand-laid brick veneer features decorative popcorn detail. Clerestories exhibit Trader Joe’s iconic artwork and metal awning, creating an inviting entrance while protecting the cart corrals.
