The building and its neighbor, 602 S Dubuque, sit atop this parking and feature beautiful brick and panel façades with private balconies and a street-level courtyard plaza. The building has a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as 1,654 sf of commercial tenant space.
