Hodge partnered in the development and construction of the Staybridge Suites in they Iowa River Landing. They constructed these luxury condos, The Lofts at Iowa River Landing, on the top floor above the Staybridge Suites Hotel. The units overlook the Xtream Arena and Green State Field House, and are a short walk away from prominent restaurants, shops, and more.

The level consists of (15) 1- and 2- bedroom apartments with high end finishes including single-panel shaker-style doors and accompanying trim details. The building also contains 99 hotel rooms and approximately 32,000 sq ft of commercial tenant space.
